At Expert Virtual Assistant Services, we take your privacy seriously and only use the personal information you provide to administer and provide the services you have requested from us. By providing information such as your name, email address and telephone number you agree to us contacting you with regards to the services you have requested. All client data is treated in the strictest confidence, with best practice security measures and is only retained for as long as is necessary to carry out the agreed services. Personal information will be solely used by us and under no circumstances will your information be sold or used by any other organisation.

You will receive marketing communications from us if you made a purchase or asked for information from us about our goods or services or if you are not a customer, you gave us your details and agreed to receive marketing communications by ticking a box and in each case you have not opted out of receiving such communications since.

On completion of work, Expert Virtual Assistant Services Ltd will return to the client all records, notes, documentation and other items that were used, created, or controlled during the term of the agreement with the exception of items purchased by them and not reimbursed by the Client. Any work produced including contact data will be deleted on satisfactory completion of the project unless specifically instructed by the client.
